Though homes at One Park Place range from 1,470 to 4,037 square feet or more, multiple floor plans found within the building are not the only things that set One Park Place apart from other luxury residences in the city. One Park Place offers another a distinctive advantage: a tax advantage.

People often ask us, “What does the property tax abatement mean for me?” One Park Place has received a ten-year real estate property tax abatement that will reduce the amount of property taxes owed by approximately ninety percent, representing a substantial, bottom line benefit for its homeowners until 2016. This means that under current tax rates, if you purchase a $299,000 unit at One Park Place, your first-year property taxes would be approximately $329. If you purchase a $299,000 unit in another project, you would pay approximately $3,289 – ten times as much. This 90% tax abatement will continue through 2016, saving you roughly $18,000 in property taxes alone.
