One Park Place Kansas City

It would be a shame to leave such a beautiful building everyday to head in to the office.  An office filled with cubicles.  An office with no windows.  No spectacular views.  No fun.  Well, you can forget about that gloomy scenario because another wonderful benefit to living at One Park Place is this:  you don’t have to leave here to go to work!  Our fully equipped boardroom, conference room and executive business center provide everything you need to get the job done without ever having to step foot outside of the building. 

There are so many wonderful things about our state-of-the-art fitness center.  It houses the latest in cardio and strength-training equpment.  There’s a fitness studio, complete with hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors for yoga, Pilates and other exercise activities.  There are TVs mounted on to the treadmills so no more excuses…”I can’t go to the gym or I’ll miss the Survivor finale tonight…”  One of my favorite things about the fitness center – no commute!  A quick jog to the elevator (you know, to get your heart rate pumping), a few seconds down to the main lobby level (the elevators are spacious – do some stretching!) and WHAM!  You’re there.  Simply stated, you won’t find another condominium in the city that matches the quality found at One Park Place.

Our residents have been love, love, loving the pool this summer!  All the sun and hot weather have definitely made this a “sit by the pool” kind of summer.  Plenty of relaxing space for catching up on a great book or magazine, a grill nearby to BBQ with some friends.  Life is good at One Park Place!

If you’ve been following One Park Place for a while – you’ve probably noticed that along with new pricing has come a new look to our ads and our website.  When we were able to announce our new pricing in mid-April, we knew it was time to freshen up our marketing, too. 

Our new ads, which you’ll see in publications like The Kansas City STAR, KC Magazine, SPACES magazine, KCB magazine and Commercial Journal magazine, use beautiful new photography of the building along with one (or the many) reasons to consider life at One Park Place.  You can also view several virtual tours of our building at http://www.overkc.com/eyeterra/markers/o/one_park_place/index.html

Our website now has a similar look with a few new features.  When you view the Features & Amenities tab, you can now click on the amenities to see a photo.  Ever wondered what our fitness center looks like?  Want to see the outdoor pool and barbecue area?  Now you can!  The Floor Plans tab allows you to zero in on each individual unit so you can start picturing where you’re going to put your dining room table and king size bedroom set.
