A wonderfully written feature on the amazing views and attractive prices at One Park Place is on shelves now!  The August/September issue of Commercial Journal says “It isn’t easy to convert a 1960s-era office building into a luxury condominium development, but thanks to new financing opportunities and a breathtaking renovation, One Park Place has become a beacon for downtown real estate.”

Live from the 8th floor…

We held a photo shoot last night at One Park Place from inside a beautiful new model on the 8th floor. The sky was perfect. The view was incredible. Nights like that make me never want to leave Kansas City.  Can’t wait to show you the incredible photos that our photographer extraordinaire Ron Berg captured in our new ads later this fall. Until then, stop by and see for yourself. We have eleven new move-in ready units that offer a variety of floor plans and finishes.  There are two furnished models that you won’t want to miss – both with great north-facing views that will make you stop and say “Ahhhh.”

History Lesson

It seems as if you can see it from just about everywhere. For more than four decades, this has been one of Kansas City’s most notable, and noted, buildings. Conceived by the renowned architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) as the national headquarters for the Business Men’s Assurance Company (BMA), it has long been celebrated and honored as an exceptional Kansas City icon. The structure, once featured in a special exhibit at New York’s Museum of Modern Art, has since taken on a new life. As One Park Place, the former BMA tower is now the most extraordinary residence in town. This prominent and historic landmark has been menticulously carved into elegant condominiums for a fortunate few.

Now, the unparalleled setting isn’t only for viewing from the outside.
