Conceived by the renowned architectural firm of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM) as the national headquarters for the Business Men’s Assurance Company (BMA), it has long been celebrated and honored as an exceptional Kansas City icon. The structure, once featured in a special exhibit at New York’s Museum of Modern Art, has since taken on a new life. As One Park Place, the former BMA tower is now the most extraordinary residence in town.
